INTERRUPTION OF THE LECCO-COLICO TRAIN LINE AND VIABILITY

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE⚠️
Citizens are hereby informed that from October 17th, 2025 to October 19th, 2025, train service on the Lecco–Colico line will be interrupted. As communicated by the railway companies operating in the area, replacement bus services will be provided.

In order to ensure the regular transit of buses and to safeguard the safety of pedestrians within the town center of Varenna, by Managerial Ordinance No. 42 R.G. dated 18/09/2025, a one-way traffic system will be established from south to north along Viale Polvani, Via IV Novembre, Piazza San Giorgio, and Via Corrado Venini, from 1:00 a.m. on October 17th, 2025 to 11:00 p.m. on October 19th, 2025.

Furthermore, no parking with tow-away enforcement will be in effect on the three parking spaces reserved for residents located near Via Corrado Venini No. 156, from 1:00 a.m. on October 17th, 2025 to 11:00 p.m. on October 19th, 2025.

All citizens are kindly asked to cooperate in order to help maintain public order and safety.
