SEASONAL ASSISTANCE CONTINUITY SERVICE FOR TOURISTS – EMERGENCY COVID-19

The service runs from 9 July to 21 August 2020

ACCESS TO THE AMBULATORY IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY APPOINTMENT BY CALLING THE TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE AMBULATORY INDICATED ON THE GENERAL SCHEDULE OF TIMETABLE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

• Without an appointment, it is FORBIDDEN to stop in the waiting room or to gather near the outpatient office.
• For SSR PHARMACEUTICAL REQUIREMENTS, you must not go to the clinic. Still, as you usually do in your place of residence, you must ask your doctor to prepare the recipe, which is followed by sending the NRE (Electronic Recipe Number) via SMS with which you can directly access the pharmacy for collection.
• In the presence of FEVER> 37.5 ° AND/OR RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS do not go to the clinic, but call the number indicated on the prospectus; after evaluation, a home visit can be provided
• For other situations, if deemed necessary by the doctor, an APPOINTMENT will be set for the medical examination. The user has the obligation to access with a mask/protection.
• The ASSISTANCE CONTINUITY SERVICE (former medical guard) is active at night (from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am) and on pre-holiday days and holidays at times provided on the telephone number 800 201 102. It is always necessary telephone contact before going to the clinic.
