From Saturday, 11 July at 5:00 p.m. to Sunday, 19 July, visitors are invited to explore the exhibition “Between Reality and Fantasy”, featuring paintings and ceramic artworks by artists A. Carlo De Nova and Alda Pitzalis.
The exhibition is open to the public with free admission:
- Monday to Friday: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
A. Carlo De Nova‘s artistic journey is rooted in figurative painting, continually renewed through an ongoing exploration of the chromatic effects of light in portraits, landscapes, and still lifes.
Each subject conveys emotions, psychological tension, and atmosphere.
At the heart of his work are portraits captured with remarkable spontaneity and profound authenticity, alongside landscapes that become silent settings imbued with mystery and nostalgia.
His ceramic creations feature botanical and animal-inspired themes.
Alda Pitzalis is a sensitive and perceptive artist whose work is inspired by nature, landscapes, and both classical and contemporary architecture.
The unifying thread of her artistic production is a constant pursuit of beauty, expressed through a variety of ceramic decoration techniques.
Each of her ceramic pieces is a fragment of timeless beauty, thoughtfully created to endure beyond the fast pace of modern life.
