19 Jun DISCOVER VARENNA: GUIDED TOUR
A guided excursion to the Varenna area will be organized every Wednesday in August and September.
The excursions, in collaboration with the guide AIGAE Nadia Lillia, will lead you to the discovery of the territory touching all the most significant places of Varenna.
The small and picturesque village on the eastern shore of Lake Como, Varenna surprises us: houses and typical alleys, a riot of colors and scents, an open-air museum capable of giving us dream scenarios.
An excursion of about 8 km will make us discover the medieval village, the lakefront with the romantic “walkway for lovers”, the Castle of Vezio, the source of the Fiumelatte and Villa Monastero with the enchanting gardens that lap the shores of the lake.
Meeting point: Varenna Infopoint, Piazza San Giorgio at 9:30 am
The use of:
Trekking shoes with Vibram sole or similar, no sneaker
Sunglasses and sunscreen

Waterproof jacket or cape
The use of trekking poles is optional

The excursion may undergo modifications or variations in the judgment of the guide.
In case of bad weather, the excursion will be canceled.
